Kokomo, Indiana is has one of the oldest mansions in the state, The Seiberling Mansion. The mansion is circa 1891 at a cost of $50,000.00. The mansion boasts eight rooms on the first floor and seven rooms on the second floor and a grand ballroom on the third floor. It has an entrance to the outdoor rotunda off the third floor ballroom.

The mansion is home to the Howard County Historical Society, a gift shop and library.
